Nice!
Black looks just as hard to keep clean as Red is...

Ok I give up... what is the flag pole mount for?

What kind of dual band radio are you putting in?
I've got a Kenwood in mine... works great.
I put the radio under the driver seat and put the remote head above the mirror... had to come up with a custom plate for the antenna.

I'll keep an eye on your thread for ideas I can steal:smiley_drive:

Ah yes the stripper pole mt. among other things I have an aluminum T bar that I can mount there to carry 20' Items.
I have a Yaesu 7800 in one of the pics under /behind the USDS rear seat.
Do you have a pic of the control head mt.

Thanks,
ken

Love seeing another Dodge in here. I put the same tires on my 2500 a couple of months ago.

Question on the 7100's. Who valved them and how do you like the ride?

A place just Down the rd from you did them ; Mirage Racing in Santee.
They are 275/78 up front and 255/75 in the rear.

Im very happy with the ride , mind you I have the PW springs.... It might me a tad hard in the front maybe... but Im happy with it.

Here is the control head mounted above the rear view... I twisted the head for viewing after I stuck it on the glass. Looks odd but gives a great viewing angle and nobody notices it there.

I don't know why those picutres turned out so blue...!?

Come to think of it, you might not be able to mount your Yaesu this why due to the mic plugging into the control head... On my Kenwood the mic plugs in to the radio body.
Not sure if you would want the mic cord dangling down from the roof.

Love it! Mind if I ask what winch mount you are using, and what you have for a winch? I am looking for something similar for my 2500, but I have yet to find anything for the 2500..

Yep , you got it , stock (its a Warn 15k)

I think Road Armor , Alumies (sp) and I have seen a couple more winch mount bars out there.

It's not looking good for me to keep the factory look with the 2500 diesel. I think the intercooler gets in the way of using a factory winch mount like yours on my truck..

Correct, it will not fit but something similar could be made. Anything over a 6k winch wont fit behind the bumper.

At 6k, I think I'll probably end up either buying an aftermarket front bumper, or a front hitch and a multi mount. To get back on track, that is a SWEET PW!

I faced the same Dodge diesel winch delema...not enough room and already too much weight up front. I went with a Kennesaw Mountain rear winch bumper and I am in the process of installing a Warn M15000 commercial winch(only difference is it comes with 65' of 9/16" cable). This puts the 132#'s of the winch over the rear wheels where it helps traction and still can extract me if I screw up! Since I have the PW skid plates and a roller fairhead, I 'could' fish the cable under the truck, run it through the groove in the PW steering damper skid plate and fit a cable guide up front (off the right tow hook) to use the rear winch to pull forward. Building a front guide now, so I can pull from either end.
