The Regular cab short bed and the xtracab bed are exactly the same. 89-95
The regular cab long bed are really rare. They did come with a bigger gas tank though, 22 gals vs the 18 in the xcab IIRC. The long bed is about 7 feet long. I think they only came with the 3.slo, and were only in production for a few years.....
I am 6' tall and I could easily sleep in the back of my 89 xcab. FYI a twin matress fits perfectly in the bed, front to rear, and side to side.

That's not a long bed. The XtraCab normally has a 6' bed. Toyota did at points make an XtraCab with a true long bed, but not in 4WD. A Toyota Hilux/Pickup/mini truck long bed is around 7.5' long, about 90". There is a short bed, roughly 4' long, that would be on a Double Cab. But the majority of Toyota beds on regular and XtraCabs are 6'. FWIW, I'm just about exactly 6' tall and my head touches the front wall and my feet are flat on the closed tailgate on my XtraCab bed.mog said:

Cool, thats great, I'm 5"10 so ill be good in the back, Ill even be able to stretch a bit.
