Bed Swap?

Hello Folks,
I have a 98 Frontier reg cab 4wd xe with a 6.5 ft bed/ 78in. It's completly rusted through in a few spots. I found a bed off a 98 Frontier king cab that measures 6.2ft/ 74.4 in. Is this a bolt on swap? I wouldn't mind the slightly shorter bed, but I don't have the skills to cut the frame or change the mounting brackets. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Update in case you're interested. I found out that it would "probably" work but have decided to go another direction. The King Cab bed=$400, Gas to destination and back=$70, installation misc=$50+, Bedliner=$300, and Paint=$300. Grand total=$1070, and that's being conservative. I have decided to purchase a Aluma KLM aluminum flatbed instead. OTD, not much difference pricewise, and the flatbed has a lot of upside. :)

I'm all for the flat bed. I doubt the wheel wells would have lined up on the other. Also with the flat bed your cargo and fabrication possibilities are endless.

Hey Fellas,
I would love to post pics, but the rusty old bed is still attached. Right now all of our available funds are tied up on the purchase of a new home. Stay tuned.:)
