Best LC mechanic in Tucson?

Does anyone know of an outstanding mechanic in Tucson? Our 100 needs some work that I don't have time to do (adjustable UCAs, lower ball joints, etc...).

I have called around town to see if I could find any 80 series LC mechanics. Haven't had much luck finding LC specific shops. Let me know if you do. Though, for your ball joints and control arms I figure most reputable shops would have no problem handling that

Go to Camelback Toyota in Phoenix they are Land Cruiser guys . Ask for Robert Gonzales.


They are the best. I know several people who use them and have nothing but good things to say. One friend of mine ships his truck form El paso for work. I had some work on on my 1985 FJ60 and they did a great job and the price was right.

Thanks for the input, too bad Camelback Toyota is about 2.5 hours from where we live. Oh well better than having someone clown up a job.
Although ball joints are simple I'm looking for someone who is entirely OCD and won't break stuff that I then have to fix...what inevitably happens when someone else wrenches on our rigs.
