I had silblades on my integra, never found any difference other than the silicone blades were red. I swear by Canadian tire metal frame Teflon blades. I use them on all my rigs. On my car and F250 they last longer but on the Jeep, for some reason, It eats wiper blades. I go through a few sets a year. And they usually get bad in the middle of a trip somewhere. I use Rain X fluid only. Makes a big difference. I am intrigued by aquapel however. I may try that out to see how it works.

I just put 5 years on a set of Bosch Icons on my wife's jeep. We loved them. We just bought a new set last week. And with a good coat of RainX it's like magic. The jeep is parked outside all year long in CA heat.

I have Rain-X Beams on mine and have been satisfied so far, they smear a little as they dry out, but generally work well. I've replaced them every year, as the sun here in SoCal and lack of rain is hell. However, it looks like I may be switching to Bosch based on these reviews haha.
