That is a great round, though they are better in guns instead of tires.

Glad your tire held up :)

lol yea. im lucky though to get the 357 in there! got it from my uncles house as he has a 357 and i dont..smalest gun i have is a 44 mag. i have about 15 rounds in my truck and if any of them would go in it i dont think it would have held:eek: definatly not a 300 win mag hahaha

im going to have to take a pic, had a tire go flat last night, put air in this morning took it to a local tire shop, left it with him for about 30 mins, got back, told me he couldnt patch it, i asked why, he gave me a center punch 7 inches long he had pulled from it

That is impressive, definitely reinforces my decision to go with the BFG KM2's on my jeep. My wierdest experience was with my old 70 chevelle some years ago, I was driving down the highway and was about 20 minutes from home on an eleven hour road trip. I hit a random piece of steel in the road and it tore a hole in the rear tire (BFG TA) about 4 inches long, through the cords and everything. It deflated almost instantly, but fortunately I got it over on the side of the road without ruining the rim. My wife managed to get a nail in her sidewall on a set of tires on her Grand Cherokee a week after I had them installed, had to replace a brand new tire.
