What camp site is this? Are you sleeping in the bed of your truck?

Guale 2 if I remember correctly. And yes, platforms built for sleeping back there with a nice memory foam bed...

The last couple times I was in BB, it was winter. Feb/March and we froze in the mornings.

Guale 2 makes sense. I tried for that site last time I was there because I had heard good things, but it wasn't available.
I am jealous of you having a sleeping platform under the shell. My only complaint with my truck is my bed is too short for this (5'). Gotta love stealth camping.
