big ***** bumper help

i've been looking around here for a while and best i can tell, there isn't a lot of options for early tahoe (1995) owners as far as front and rear heavy duty bumpers. am i correct? or am i missing something? especially rear bumpers with spare tire carriers. i'm going for an mild build with an expo look and the bumpers are pretty crucial. custom built ones are looking like 2k or so........

also, if you have had a good experience with someone building bumpers please let me know. i don't want to spend a ton of money, but if i have no other options......... my want for nice bumpers is enough to justify the cash outlay.

I know you were trying to stay under 2k but have you looked at Buckstop Bumpers? They make two versions for your year vehicle. Their pics show trucks and suburbans, but they may fit. You could call them and find out if they would fit your tahoe. I ordered one from them and they were super helpful and had it shipped to me when they said they would. It's heavy, but great for my application. You could also check out Tiregate.com. I believe they make rear bumpers which may meet your requirements.

Have looked at them, they are the 2k option. And there are some poor reviews of the company out there.

It looks like Reunel makes bumpers for you, starting at $1,650 for the front. http://reunel.com/front-prices.html

Quality bumpers aren't cheap, unfortunately.

(I have them building a front bumper for my F-250, so I may be a little "invested". )
