Ridiculously overpriced and oversized compared to any conceivable Unicat IMHO. Does it come with a rear locking differential let alone a front?

No idea on price... But you can not compare a Unicat to an Earth Roamer... They are worlds apart... I believe that the "entry" level Unicats can be ordered for 1/3 of the big Earth Roamer.

An “entry level” 4x4 Unicat is about $4-600k. On a 14-18 metric ton chassis, about 33000 lb.
No comparison.

Yes of course. Some customers have shipped their North American truck to Germany, got them outfitted at Unicat and then brought them back. Still cheaper than buying an Earth Roamer

I can't imagine what the shipping cost would be.
The dollar's a dab stronger than the Euro now but not by much so work done in Germany would be a wash. Then there's the draconian taxes and surcharges.

Shipping is cheap. I don’t know what taxes and surcharges you are talking about except 2.5% tariff on the camper work. Exempt from VAT because for export.
I have done it.
