Biggest tire for V8 4Runner with stock 18 inch wheels with OME lift?

Been here lurking a while and have just bought my First Ever 4Runner:wings:. A a 2006 V8 Limited:smiley_drive:. I know this has been talked about extensively, but I've have had no luck finding the same setup. My question is, what is the largest tires I can install on my runner with an OME lift & keeping my stock wheels without rubbing? Currently running 265/60R18's, I've searched the forum but had no luck finding my combination. Any help would be appreciated.

Many look at 285-65-18. But it may require wheel spacers (depending on offset), removal of the front mud flaps and potentially a body chop mod.
