Biodiesel Processor

dieselcruiserhead

16 Years on ExPo. Whoa!!
This is a pretty neat "appleseed" type processor that we built several years ago. Thousands of gallons have been processed through it and it works very well and is about as "hardcore" an Appleseed processor as possible. We have about $3-$4G into it, asking $1500 Firm.

- Mobile, moves on swivel wheels.
- 80 Gallon Tank
- It's own 220 fuse panel that provides 220 and 110 electricity. It uses 220 for the pump and heaters for the best efficiency (1/4 of the power it would consume in 110).
- Large 2.5 hp pump with aluminum blade for adding, mixing, removing biodiesel. Fills processor in about a minute. Also has a flow meter.
- Separate cheap disposable glycerin pump and system. This pump has held up great but spares are only $30 should it fail.
- Setup for methanol recovery, all you need is a collector and a vaccuum pump.

Let me know if you have any questions. We could truck ship it for you. We can also supply cleaned dewatered vegetable oil in small or large volumes at $1-$1.25 a gallon. Located in Northern Utah.

Thanks,
Andre

Yea!! Someone else with a Biodiesel processor!

I built an 80 GAL "upside down" appleseed processor. Mine is not as fancy as yours. I like the 220. I need to do that.

I have to say, with the labor and R&D to built this one, its a steal at $1500. You have more into parts than the asking price.

Good luck with the sale.
