Bonding Stainless Steel to Aluminum?

Anyone have a product that would work well to bond Stainless Steel to Aluminum?

I've fab'ed up a roof rack for my Alaskan Camper that consist of Stainless Steel crossbars and wish to bond them into 'loose fit' Aluminum End Caps. My plan is to use set screws to retain them, but was looking for the additional insurance of an adhesive bond.

Urethane came to mind, but there has to be a better product???
