Box Truck w/PTO

Not really a question for Expo per se, but I figured with all the van & truck enthusiasts here it'd be a good place to ask.

Does anybody know where I can find a Box Truck with a PTO? A van chassis isn't absolutely necessary but would be nice for keeping the total length down (this vehicle will be going through cities and alleyways).

Any good recommendations for suppliers/upfitters in the Denver area (even for pickup cab box trucks)?

Ok you have me stumped.
What on earth could you possibly do with a PTO on a camper van?
I have never heard of such a thing in the commercial world either so I guessing this is going to be a tough thing to find.
Do you need it to be heavy duty like right off the transmission ?

Not for a camper van, it's for an industrial application. But I'm not a member of any industrial vehicle application forums so I figured I'd ask here. A pickup cab chassis will suffice, but I was curious if a van cab chassis w/PTO exists because in this case shorter = better, if not absolutely critical.

Used to be a PTO bolted to every manual transmission. Over the past 30 years with the intro of aluminium transmissions that is rare. On an automatic the only choice in a light vehicle is a PTO driven off the serpentine belt. Even those are all setup for 1 ton service trucks at the lightest.

I assume you are using the PTO to drive a hydraulic pump.

I have seen a ford transit van with a bucket on the roof so anything is possible. I would not expect to find exactly what you are looking for right off the shelf though

those are mostly electric over hydraulic
Driven off the serpentine belt or a generator, not a PTO off the transmission.
