Brake light

In the past if my fluid got low the brake light would stay on... Like the parking brake was pulled. Now it comes on after driving a few miles fluid is topped off. Any ideas on what it could be? It's an 03 disco.

Replace the fluid reservoir cap. Actually, just make sure the connections to it are clean and tight first.

You should be able to turn the light on and off by moving the plunger.

Yes, it's counter intuitive, but in almost every vehicle the "parking brake light" is a combo light for low fluid as well.

I'll give the plunger a try 1st
