Nope still riding with spongy brakes. Ordered all new flex lines from Rockauto, let's see if that fixes it.
Check/clean/replace your booster check valve as well if you haven't already.
I'm having an absolute hell of a time with the brakes on my Gen2.5. I apparently purchased it without working rear brakes. (seized and no fluid in rear lines.) Replaced those last may/2,000 miles ago.
Started dropping fluid last month, so i bought new front everything and a BMC to "carpet bomb" the whole thing and end up with new brakes all around effectively. During tear down, found that the passenger front caliper was leaking fluid out of one of the pistons. Buttoned up job, went on my way. Next morning, notice that the new passenger front caliper is leaking fluid out of one of the pistons. Had to order a new one and warranty on back end.
Installed that one on monday. Last night, wife texts me and says brake light is on for low fluid. Check this morning, sure enough, low on fluid. Passenger front caliper leaking out of where the hard line goes into it. Inspected flare and nut, it's clean and undamaged. Yet another faulty caliper.
Icing on the cake: Passenger rear caliper that i replaced 2,000 miles ago is leaking out the piston. Outside of warranty period due to time.
I've never outright had a caliper fail or leak on any vehicle in my life. And now this.
