Here's an interesting custom camper design based on the Bremach chassis. The vehicle was built by for Sonja and Jan Gehler, a German couple with a serious interest in adventure travel. The Gehlers spent a year on the road in Africa driving a Land Rover Defender 90 with rooftop tent. The trip is described on their web site http://www.Afrika-Offroad.de
After their experiences in Africa, the Gehlers knew their next camper would be larger, to allow them to eat and sleep inside. They turned to Marcus Haase to design the camper. Here is the result:

While so many cool European campers use truck chassis that are not available in North America, the Bremach chassis chosen by the Gehlers can be purchased in USA. Gas, diesel and electric hybrid powerplants are available.
