Broken torsion bar on my FlipPac...

I was recently given a Flip Pac. :victory: One caveat is that the torsion bar is broken. It still opens and closes but requires two people (and a long pole) to do it.

Has anyone ever replaced the torsion bar? Not sure what position the bed has to be in when I put the new bar in.
