Ive been a little lax in updating this, but alot of stuff has happened.

Old bed setup was just bolted to the frame. no structure. No bueno

I built a frame for the flatbed consisting of three lateral bars and a few ladder bars to stiffen it all up

Used 2 x 2 x 1/4" 6061 and 1.5 x 1.5 x 1/4 6061 to build the frame out. appropriate spacers for levelness.

Laying out tailights

bent the panels to make the rear tailight panels as well.

I wanted to put patches up, so I ordered some veltex from industrialwebbing, and got to work

finished up the side doors and latches. 1/8 6061 aluminum with a nice bend in it so i can use the downward shooting lights on the camper.

So we got a bit more work done.

Framed out for the rear storage box/wheel well.

Have a sheet of 1/8 on the way, will be making the other side frame, backs and doors, then moving on to the front boxes.

got some 316 stainless tie downs to replace the ****tiest tie downs known to man. Youd think on a 20,000 item they'd spend more than 3.00 a piece for a turnbuckle.

Installed a Midland MXT115 GMRS Radio because CB super sucks. Still have the CB though to talk crap to stupid people while driving on the PA.

And finally got the latches in and the rest of the doors in. Headed ot Ocala this weekend for a big group trip. Just rolling out on sunday (hence no camper in) and having a great time taking it off sweet jumps!

I like how you added all the stickers to increase the engine's power output. That's a clever way to make up for the 3.5's shortcomings, especially with all the added weight.
