I paged through the roof rack thread and started looking at this aluminum extrusion stuff last night- it's really intriguing.

JDillard, any update on your project?

I'd love to see some photos of what others have built for their rigs out of this stuff.

Yea its a easy way to build the aluminum roofrack and there is also a different method to do the same thing.

Anyone find a good solution to attach the square profile 8020 to the round Yakima cross bars?
