Bush Co/CVT Alpha Roof Top Tent; Essentially New

My wife and I recently purchased a Bush Co/CVT Roof Top Tent. We have spent 4 nights in the tent since purchase. It is in like new condition with no defects. I added six SXMA LED lights mounted to six Bush Co Light Mounts. All in I paid $5259 for tent, tent shipping to OKC, LED lights, and LED mounts. We recently purchased a Sprinter van and don't see ourselves using the tent much, so we have decided to sell it. It is located in Oklahoma City. I am asking $4300 for the tent, ladder, LED lights, and LED mounts. I am open to delivering the tent up to 300 miles depending on purchase price.

What are you doing with the LR4??? This looks about the same as one that was sold by guy in Georgia a few months ago. Gorgeous! We just picked up a white 2013 HSE LUX with Black and HD package.

Yeah, they aren't cheap. Even thought I am going to lose money on the RTT, it was worth it to me as it got my wife out camping and mountain biking with me. She liked it so much she found us a Sprinter. Just got back from a trip to Colorado last weekend and plan to head to NM/AZ in a few weeks.

We have an LR3 also (designated adventure rig) with about 267K miles, then the LR4 at 43K miles. The best platform, we love them.

This looks to be a well built tent with robust build quality. Would it be possible to get exterior dimensions please? I'm feeling like this may be just about right. TIA, LeRoy.

Yeah, this thing is solid. I did a lot of research on it before purchase and was able to view one of the first ones in the states locally owned by a very gracious fellow ExPo member.

Its 7' 4.5" long, by 4' 7" wide, by 10.7" high.
