D90 - Bulb Mode 62 minute exposure...
I have always had to do significant adjustments within Photoshop etc in order to make the photo darker and more of a "night" scene.
Alot of these are also done as multiply exposures. 30sec shots repeated for hours then overlayed in Photoshop. I am betting the star trail photo you posted was done this way.
