Camp Shower Hose

Hello,

Question on shower hose. I'm building my own system and wanted to know what type/brand of hose you use for the shower water. reinforced or not, high temp./high pressure?

Thanks,
Ron

Funny as it may sound look up bidet sprayer and hose. The main difference I've found between a bidet sprayer and a regular kitchen sink sprayer is the type of fittings used. The bidet sprayer seems to typically use 1/2" pipe threads typically found in water supply lines and valves. The kitchen sprayer has an odd mixture of compression fittings and fittings special to the mfg of the sink faucet not to mention a stiffer nylon reinforced hose.

Find one with a paddle trigger so that you can hook the sprayer on to things as opposed to just setting it down in the dirt. The hoses are typically a very flexible hose within a flexible outer metal jacket.

Looked them up, who would of thought it, just what I needed. I can work with one of those, add some hose if needed, etc. good to go.

Thanks, good information

That is awesome in so many ways. first off you get to slide the word bidet into conversation and obviously its perfect for cleaning certain grungy areas...lol.

I used the hose and sprayer on an eccotemp heater for a while and now the sprayer head is being used on a zodi tank (with a 3/8" pex to 1/2" fpt adapter)
