Just getting caught up on looking at picts

Did someone say they wanted to see something on a Titan XD?



A trip last fall running around Arkansas. Rides much better on the stock Titan XD than on my old '10 F150 that had Helwig helper leaf.

It depends on the engine and options. When I went to look at the XD the dealer showed me that a fully loaded XD diesel as low as 1400lbs and the gas fully loaded around 2200lbs. These PU are not a true 2500 as my RAM 2500 gas was 2800lbs and the diesel option was 1900lbs for the models I looked at way back when 5.9 engines were avail.

Here's our new to us SunLite on my 08 Durmax getting ready for Alaska in July.

What kind of roof rack is that and what do you plan to carry up there. Haven't seen one like that before. I have my racks mounted to the wood on the rim like that but without the end mountings.

Why is the Sunlite camper mounted so far back?

I have a RDS 45 gal aux tank because the stock 26 won't get you anywhere!! Going to build a cross storage box on top of box rails for grill, camp chairs, level blocks, and jack. Box is going to be 12" x 24" x 6' also taking back seat out to build shelf's for tools, rain gear, boots, map boxes, and anything else we need. Camper only weights 1500 lbs. and I put stable loads on so the truck handles it so you hardly know its there. I've driven it in winds 25 gusting to 35 no problem at all.
