Can-Back Rack mounts

Can anyone help me figure out how to attach a rack to a can-back? I believe that they need can-back mounts and then yakima load bars... is this correct?

As far as I can see, there is a plate on the frame that can be used as a direct bolt on of the Can-back made crossbars or turned into a gutter mount tab.

Sweet... so if one has a can-back all they really need to get is the bolt on do-hicky thing-a-ma-bobber from can-back to mount a rack on top?
