Can someone cut me a FlipPac hinge set (or more)?

As the title says... Can someone cut me a FlipPac hinge set (or more)?

A couple members posted up they could do this.... but have not heard anything more.

I would be interested in buying one or more sets and I bet if you put it out there others would be interested "just in case" as well.

let me know if this is in your capabilities please!

Be aware that a proper hinge with spines should be heat treated. I suspect that some of the hinge failures reported here on Expo may be due to hinges that were not properly done.

Good point.... interesting one of the other posts suggested they did some in stainless steel - which I believe is not really heat treatable?...

martensitic stainless steel is hardenable. via heat treatment. 403, 410 etc. Might not have been the alloy that was used.

Suggestion: If the splines didn't blow out, you might be able to get a new bit fabricated and welded on. This would get you back on the road. This thing takes a lot of force, so you really want to have a 100% penetration weld done, and control the heat so as not to ruin the treatment on the splined part.
