Can someone school me on GX470 suspension?

have been wondering about this platform.

Is the GX470 IFS in anyway same or similar to a 4runner, FJCruiser, LC100??

also any similarities between the mentioned lineup in the rear axle?

pretty sure the rear is air suspension.

Same front as a 4runner or tacoma.

Rear air bags standard. A few companies make kits to install coils, or you can do custom lift coils from the FJ or 4runner.

For a free lift you can trick the rear airbags to overinflate to give you more lift and a stiffer ride.

I would imagine the rear axle is a standard toyota axle.

The GX is virtually a Prado dressed up.

thanks for the response, interested in this platform for a expedition build. I had a 2005 years back and sold it, it was just too nice to take it places I go. (in other words, for what it cost I couldn't afford to beat on it)

But now since the prices on them came down, it got me wondering again.
