Canoe mounting solutions

Hey guys, need some ideas on mounting a canoe on top of a fullsize truck with a topper. Anyone have any pics of how they got theirs set up?

I was thinking about mounting a roof rack to the topper but i'm not convinced that a fibreglass topper will be strong enough to mount a rack to, especially when taken off road and forced to flex a bit.

A Thule rack system will be fine on your topper, especially if all you have is a canoe. There must be 50+ trucks in this small town with that setup. So I would say a set of Thule bars with the Thule canoe carrier. Link
