These guys do awesome work with bmw's. I would assume they can do it with off roaders as well. Welcome.

If you really want to be the 100 series innovator, develop some upgraded IFS lower arms that move the front wheel forward, so 35s...or bigger...can fit with minimal firewall massaging.

Looks great so far, that's an odd failure of a 2UZ though.

97% sure we're doing a solid front axel! Maybe in a future build! Previous owner said the car wouldn't start so they sprayed starting fluid down the intake and it misfired and blew up! Lol

Ouch! That's an expensive lesson.

Just curious, how hard would it be to swap in a 5-speed in place of a 4-speed in an early model 1st gen tundra?

The junkyard will say it won't work. This is because the 2000-2002 tranny is actually different than the 2003-2004 tranny. That doesn't mean it won't fit and function. It is a different part number unit. If you had a 2003 or 2004 that needed a tranny you would not want the older unit. So they have different part numbers. However, they will bolt right in. The differences are all internal to the trans. The 2003-2004 got the bigger internal parts, more heavy duty. It's not an issue. (From a tundra forum)
