CB Placement and Power Source ?

Hello. I am planning a project for after work today. I have seen CB's placed in one or two spots in a Disco II, but looking for more ideas. I have a radio shack brand radio, from about 10 years ago. Its about 4" x 6" .Also, where are you drawing the power from in these locations? Any suggestion and pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

I took the overhead console from a Jeep Grand Cherokee (zj) and installed a cb about that size into than fit the console into my Jeep Cherokee (xj)

If you do a Google Image Search for Land Rover Discovery CB mount you'll find lots of pics with different locations.
I ran power from an Auxiliary fuse block. The power to the CB is always hot so I can monitor traffic with the truck off.

Not a CB (2M/70CM) but mounted my unit in the rear with the head up front.
