Anyone know where you can get hinge pins like these.

They look like a good fix for the lousy hinges on the chevy/gmc vans.

Try dorman part#38455. I just ordered them an few hours ago to replace this hinge pin...............

................The big problem with these hinges is they are spot welded on and the extra resistance of rusty hinges rips them off.

The pins the OP posted appear to have a zerk fitting on the bottom. My guess is custom made. Stock pins could probably be drilled and threaded for a zerk fitting if you had a good machinist friend.

The doorman part number listed several times above is for hinge pins that have a grease zirk. It replaces the stock style pin and bushing with a pin that's been drilled and tapped and has provisions for a grease zirk. Definitely not custom, available through nearly any parts store in North America. I got mine off of Amazon.com for less than 20 bucks a door.

Trust me I just installed them yesterday :)

I'd be adding some OiLite bushings if it were on my rig... Oil impregnated bronze bushings would likely outlast the rig... Add in some SS allen head cap bolts & Nylock nuts, and you'd likely still be way under $20/door.

Good to know thanks.
I didn't see any reference to " Those are Dorman replacement pins That are drilled for zerk fittings" so I figured they were stock replacement pins.
I am a literal reader and make no assumptions. Spent my career in a "If it's not in writing, it never happened" job. All documentation was very thorough and descriptive.
My bad.
