Chevrolet express 11' alteration AWD in Full time from RUSSIA

Hello from Russia, city Surgut (Siberia). I recently purchased a 2011 chevrolet express due to bad weather conditions had had to think about the Full Time. Hard for me to translate my texts into English.

I chose to use Borg Warner 4484 from Hummer H2. Motor control full manual with position indication.

I was hoping someone would swap in a electronically operated transfer case in one of these vans.
It seems the manually operated swaps get stuck on where to mount the shifter for the transfer case.
Please keep us update with how the swap works!
