Chevrolet suspension lift (2 wheel drive)

This past week I was traveled to Jasper Indiana to tour the Jasper Engine plant, and of course we got a Chevrolet Express van as a rental vehicle. This was my first experience riding in the rear of stock 155" wheel base passenger van, oh boy! With 9 adult men in the van it became very clear how horrible these vans ride for rear passengers even with a decent amount of weight in the rear. In the past months I have been running these negative arc overload springs in my stock leaf pack and was quickly reminded why we started using them. This simple to install double leaf pack really does make a difference in giving the rear a little softer ride which really enjoy. I however have not had the opportunity to tow anything with these springs to see if there is a much sag with the new set up.
I will give $50 off the purchase of a set of these for EXPO users, I would love your feedback as we are constantly striving to make better products for your VANS.

This is another product we are offering for you guys with stock springs and not a lot of weight in the rear to help soften the ride. I have been running them in my fan for the past several months and have been happy about how they feel over speed bumps and small dips/holes that would normally not allow the suspension to move.

Here is another look at what these leafs look like installed into the stock leaf pack.

This little bit of negative arc and the double spring really make the rear of the Chevrolet Express 2500/3500 van less harsh in lots of different driving conditions.

Strange. Everything worked great with the old forum design. I even had the plugin that let me see deleted Photobucket pics. Now I can see Devin W's pic above but none of Jeremy's and none of arevv_'s on page 1.

Can any mods help out?
I'm having the same problem.

Fishing is life. The rest is details.
Len I'm on a Mac and have the problem when I use Firefox. But if I open this thread in Chrome then the pics show up. In case that helps...

Again, any mods out there know why this is happening?

Take a look at the the latest Chevrolet Express 3500 van build. We did this van up nice with our coilover front suspension and a ton of other fun stuff!
If your looking to convert your 2 wheel drive van to 4x4 make sure you check out this video.

Will your 4x4 conversion be available for cutaways like this?

My RV is a cut-away like yours and I lifted it with Weldtec products (3" Weldtec spindles, taller Moog springs, Weldtec leafsprings):

I suggest calling Jeremy (619-596-9831). It's the best way to reach him and then discuss what you want to do with your van.

That shorty isn't mine, but I have followed your thread. I'm not in the market for any of these upgrades yet, just curious if there will be a new entry on the market
