Finished the doors and the hitch. Just need to add frames for the door latches.

using a black series trailer coupler that I got off of the classifieds.

Alright, the trailer is mostly done, but I had to push to get it done enough so that we could take it on our Baja trip. I’ll try to catch up on the progress till now. It did tow like a dream on the highway and Offroad. So that’s a load off. Here are some progress pics:

I finished up the timbren brackets and got it on wheels.

I got a black series coupler for cheap off of the classifieds, but it’s not exactly meant for this design of trailer so I had to fabricate a tongue extension for it. Also I welded on the mount for my Fulton tongue jack

I decided I didn’t have time to fabricate the fenders I wanted, so I bought some off Amazon and bent them with to fit by stepping on them and pulling.

Made a make-shift paint booth in the garage and did a duplicolor three step paint job.

Forgot to take pictures, so I’m lacking a bit of documentation for these steps, but I skinned it with silver painted aluminum And attached it with 3m adhesive tape. Trimmed it in aluminum and sealed everything with level. Attached the trim with self tappers.

Here it is in Baja and as it sits now. I don’t have a pic with the battery system and fridge installed, but I’m going to change quite a bit over the next month and I will make sure to document better.
