I agree with the others about the pre-93 80 series. The only way I would buy a FJ80 vs an FZJ80 would be if they were pretty much giving it away. $6000 for a 300K mile FJ80? Not me, even if it has a $2500 brake job :Wow1:. If it was set up EXACTLY how I wanted, maybe I would go $3k, but even then I would cuss at it every time I tried to go over a mountain pass - especially with 35" tires. I hate to say it, since it looks to be set up nicely, but the best result for it would be to move all those parts over to an FZJ80. Take away all those mods, and how much is a 300K mile FJ80 worth in that kind of aesthetic condition?
