Climate control Fan speed

03 Disco My fan only works on hi, I know that what controls it is behind the glove box, not sure if its a relay and I think it has 3 of them. I need to know the name so I can get it fixed. I've only had one speed for almost 5 years. The one that went out burnt up and smoked then it only worked on the one speed.

Most likely, the resistors that slow the fan speed have burned out.

It smoked pretty good
