for the life of me I do not know what online military surplus store I purchased form , but it is brand new never used NOS from Sweden and very stout, heavy duty chromed or thick wall aluminum foldable frame and hardware, probably weighs by itslef not including box 35 lbs, the vinyl put is commercial thickness grade vinyl that is easy to take off and do whatever with, comes with heavy duty spray hose and nozzle, water nozzle fixed swings 180 degrees and has nice soap dispenser unit that hangs onto unit, and then the big drain hose. Google swedish field sink unit and see what come up?

Sweet Setup! I like the Kanz gear, the video with the kitchen pantry VS. the bear is particularly impressive.

I see the partner stove is sitting on the marine ply shelf. Is there anything insulating between the two? I've been thinking about picking up a partner for my set up to take advantage of the MUCH higher BTU's vs. my camp chef... But i worry about the heat on a plywood shelf.

My setup is pictured here:
Camp Kitchen

The partner stove would just sit on one of the top shelves...

where b this video yu speak of, lol. I have not seen it? Good thought on the plywwod versus stove, will have to maybe place a thin piece of alum or stainless between the two, I may pose the question to Kanz as well

thanks

Hi and Thanks to all the good feedback about the KANZ camp kitchen.

I just want to answer some questions.
The Partner Steel stove burner distance to the stove bottom is large enough to prevent the aluminum bottom from getting dangerously hot. However Partner Steel Co. warns not to cover the entire stove area with a griddle because this might cause too much heat reflection to the valves and dry-out the rubber seals.
Only the Pantry is bear safe, not the Field Kitchen. The top lid of the pantry cannot be opened because of the more rigid design. USDA and IGBC require only that food storage container (pantry) need to be bear safe, to prevent the animals from eating food intended for human consumption. So the Field Kitchen doesn’t fall exactly in this category.

Best wishes and let me know if I can answer more questions.

The KANZ pantry is moving up my list of items I will buy. My biggest concern, it's so nice that it may get stolen. My B-day is in July and my wife has the website...

I've had the same thought with my kitchen set up. Most of the time if i'm away from camp, I'm riding my MTB. So I use my bike cable lock to lock my whole kitchen together. It can still be stolen, but it would take more then one person to carry everything (oven, grub box, propane tank, etc). I guess i could use a longer kryponite type cable to lock the whole mess to the truck...
