Clutch noise

On Sunday my truck started making a whining noise when I push the clutch in. As soon as I let the clutch out, it goes away. At first I thought maybe it was the clutch release bearing, but the clutch only has 30k miles on it. It also doesn't seem high pitched enough to be a bearing. (I based this on the sound my toasted releasing bearing made on my 99 Wrangler.) Then I thought maybe the rear main seal is leaking and getting oil on the clutch disc. The clutch does not slip or chatter. My last thought was that possibly I was low on clutch fluid. I checked the fluid and even added and bled the clutch and it didn't fix it.

The noise isn't consistent. If I'm rolling in neutral and push the clutch in and out it doesn't do it. If I'm rolling and put the truck in 1st gear, it usually does it. When it doesn't do it, I can usually get it to do it by putting it in another gear. The noise is somewhat low pitched.

So, what do you think? Any suggestions?

I'll still put $5 on the pilot bearing heading south. BTDTGTTS for the R150F.
