Guys I have a question about cutting coil springs. Lots of opinions and do and don’ts but would like to open the can again. My full size bronco has deaver 11 leaf rear springs and deaver h57c front coils. The rear leaves have settled a bit +\- 2” which still ride well and provide plenty of flex and appear stable as they don’t sag any farther with the truck loaded. I think cutting one coil out of the front coils will level the truck. I plan to cut the springs in my bandsaw which should not impart any heat into the spring. Let the opinions begin.
