Thanks for taking the time to put this together MACAMN, it looks like you put a lot of time into gathering all of the threads. It’s a shame one of the moderators hasn’t pinned this as a sticky already. I would reach out to "haven" to see if he is interested in sticking it.

Not sure how you missed it (and it hasn't been suggested before?), but Hacksters crewcab 1st gen Dodge is one of the best builds on here. It even got a feature in Petersens 4wheel mag. Although he has sold the truck to somebody down in Texas, it is an awesome build.
