Combo Camp Stoves--Again

A bit of searching has turned up several different brands of combo stove grills.

Some are rated for 12,000 BTU. Others are made with stainless steel. Left burner vs. right burner.

Is there any significant PERFORMANCE differences between a Coleman, Primus, Brunton and the others ? Or is it in the materials used to make them ?
