These are the 9.4 liter Range Rover air suspension tanks.
Max charged up to 14 bar (200 psi), which is a much higher pressure than most off-road air compressors can reach.
$20 Reg tanks (3)
$30 Tank with pressure switch attached (only one)
$35 Off Road tank with air fitting, 3 additional bung ports and bracket (1)

I also have the pumps starting at $45.

I'm definitely interested as I was planning on getting a compressor when I got back to the states, and plan on having lockers and onboard air, but curious with a few questions.

1. I'm sure 9.4 litre (2.13 gal) is sufficient for lockers, but is that sufficient to run air tools off of at 200 psi?
2. What is the capacity of that pump? Is it continuous duty? If not, would small jobs be sufficiently handled by that pump?
3. is the wiring simply 2 wire with some tie in with the pressure switch?
4. I see myself only using tools for autowork and minor fabbing. I can't imaging using tools for more than a few moments or minutes at a time. this seems like a great application that I hadn't considered as it's compact and since it allows higher psi, that means smaller tank for same volume of air unless I"m missing something. Thoughts anyone?

This air compressor .... is a sturdy industrial 1/5 horsepower 20 amp "Wobl" piston unit made by Thomas Pumps, one of the best-known manufacturers in the world. It is a member of the Thomas Pumps 315 model series, has a flow rate of about 0.96 cfm at low pressure, and according to justcompressor.com it can fill a 3 gallon tank from 0 to 150 psi in 4 minutes 45 seconds. It is commonly used by low rider fans to pump up their vehicles. It has to keep the 10 liter (2.5 gallon) Range Rover air tank charged up to 10 bar (150 psi), which is a much higher pressure than most off-road air compressors can reach.
