Well just got done securing my propane tanks to the trailer had to take the stock brackets off as my measurements were off when I purchased the tanks, and as I was finishing up I realized that the outlet for the fridge is an Hella and not the standard cigarette outlet so wondering if there is a US supplier for an adaptor, I did see one on Ebay UK but am sure it wouldn't be here in time, my only other option would be to run the plug into the nose box. Any suggestions?

I found one on the US ebay, but your local BMW motorcycle shop will have them. they use the same plug for heated gloves, etc. Someone posted on here about a US supplier of just the Hella plug to rewire your stuff too. hth

Jay, ya know I have a 1150R BMW and never even thought about the plugs being the same, I'll call the dealer tomorrow thanks for the heads up.

Jimmy, Looks like we will be staying at the Kiptopeke state park while in Virgina and heading through DelMarVa peninsula on the way up, but might hit you up on the way back.

I bought several of these to make it easy. They are usually in stock. Company is a great outfit and ship pretty fast too. About 5 bucks.

I get my Hella/cig plugs from Warm-n-safe or Aerostich. They're both motorcycle specialty stores with good ethics.
In fact, the Edgestar came with a Hella/cig combi plug that was a loose fit in the receptacle so I replaced it with one from Warm-n-Safe.

HELP!!!!!!!

So I have never repacked the rear bearings on the axle, but its a good thing I took it all apart, as you can see in the pictures the rear bearing does not seem to fit on the spindle it looks like the bearing was sitting about 1/16 of an inch on where its supposed to be and not sliding on the remainder of the way, so my question is has anybody had to actually press the bearing into place? I personnaly have never heard of having to do it but thats not to say it doesn't need to be done, with 5 days until our trip I'm kind of in a bind. I really think they are the wrong size bearing
though.

Ive changesd alot of axle bearings and my experiance is as follows:

Press Fit NO !!!

Maybe a light tapping, And I mean a BIG MAYBE. It should just slide on.

If you have to lightly tap it I might be concerned as it will bind the bearings in the race. and then it will FAIL.

Big bearing was an SNR 32007.C and the small was a Timken 32005X 92KA1; not what came in there but what I got that would fit. They were snug but pressed in with undo fanfare.
I packed the living snot out them with Mobil-1 grease.

I found some high heat grease when I packed mine. It was blue in color and the consistency of very soft peanut butter.
No problems and 1600 miles logged on the trailer so far.

Well, I have really have the wrong size bearings, and really not to happy about it, one side it is good the other is pretty much being supported by the front bearing because it wont slide into place, also alot of where on the race. I'm just happy I found about it now and not in the middle of no where.
So I have two choices 1 either get new bearings which doesn't look like it will be that bad, or 2. New axle with some electric brakes, and hubs to match the jeep (not sure if I can get this one done before I leave but I'll check tomorrow) which I was planning on doing in the future.

And ya I packed them with the Mobile 1 I love the stuff, use it throughout the jeep suspension and drive shafts.

Now my last question who in the hell puts a different size bearing into an axle? Okay I'm done venting wish me luck 5 days until this thing needs to be road worthy.
