Converted moving truck?

My 4x4 van probably has an equivalent frontal area and weight, and with the N/A 6.9L diesel I'm getting between 11-12 MPG. I'm adding a turbo this spring which will hopefully reduce the load on the engine a bit and improve mileage by a few ticks. I don't expect to get better than 15 MPG at any point...
