Converting a 24V Winch to a 12V?

Hey Guys

Found a guy locally that has a BRAND new 24v Warn 9k for cheap $

What is needed to convert it to 12v? New motor?

Motor and solenoids. It would have to be a REALLY good deal or know somebody that can source the parts at wholesale to make it worth the conversion.

I have passed on this, i thought it was NEW but it was used, not worth the time and effot
