Warn can suck it!

This has probably been about 20 years ago now and I had a Warn winch that was a year or two old that was having issues. I called Warn and one of there first things he tells me is "the only thing that is covered by warranty is the chrome handle on the winch". He then told me that I needed to call some other number but couldn't tell me who it was for. It was for some Joe Blow shop across the country. I ended up disassembling the winch and greasing the gears. It has worked fine ever since but the moral of the story is Warns customer service has always been weird.
