Salvage title - Flood damage. Auction has not started as of this posting time. I have no affiliation with this sale, etc.

Maybe being a trailer its not unreasonable to fix flood damage?

Gut the interior, rebuild....it would be a pretty complete restoration. The killer of trailers is mold and rot. If the walls have any wood in them, they have to come apart too.

I would not want to do it, personally. Even if the price was near zero, it will be an unpleasant process.

True about the water damage - I was thinking that a small trailer was not too big a project, but I don't have experience.

Occasionally I see flood-damaged Sprinter vans. I keep wishing those would be worth buying at the low prices to repair, but between the electronic parts and the possibility of flooded drivetrain parts, it seems not worth it.

Anyone here have any experience or good advice with regard to flooded Sprinters?

thanks,
Ron
