Wow, I like, if I didn't have so many things on my plate right now I'd be heading to SC. Wonder if it's a gasser (probably) or a diesel.

What engine/trans is in that beast?

I'm guessing the 6.8 V10 gasser and a 4spd auto. Typically if it had a diesel it would say "powerstroke diesel" underneath the E450 badge on the fender.

So, I called the guy and here's some info.

-5.4 liter V8
-4 spd auto trans
-dual a/c works
-6 new tires
-seats can fold against side of van
-wheelchair lift works (great to load really heavy things into van...!)
-just drove to FL and back from Columbia, SC
-no vibrations and 75-80 mph on hwy
-owned by bank and leased to state of SC for past 6 years, had regular maintenance every 3000 miles

Here is a link to the website were it is advertised...has lots more photos and a video, but video is just slideshow of photos FYI. He said it was originally a $100,000 vehicle back in 2004. Not sure whether that's true or not, but it's listed on c/l for $8900 and on the website for $12,900.

I wonder what it would take to put the passenger door back on and get rid of the stairs and put a passenger seat back in.
