Cool storage solution for 110s

Posted this web site in the Land Cruiser section as well, but for other stuff. They have a pretty cool storage idea for 110s. I thought of doing something like this, but the roll cage gets in the way. . .

I still would like to have doors where the rear windows are. Better access and lighter.

"Kellymoe" of the SCLR has something similar on his 130. I think he is on this forum too. Maybe he will post up some pics.

I thought of doing the same thing with mine. I decided on the windows as I thought it more important to see merging traffic. Cool idea though.

I like it a lot but I'm afraid I'll need to retain the windows so the Dogs will have something to stick their heads out of..

you always do just the driver's side. it's spooky the way there's only half a spare tire....

That would be one of those full diameter space saver spares.

My old 72 SIII 88 had something similar. The PO was a river rafter, and he had cabineted the whole rear of the 88 for all his river gear. I ended up ripping most of it out, but I kept this part. The compartment where the jumper cables are was a perfect fit for a dual burner Coleman stove, and the fold down was a good height for cooking.
