Edgestar 43 and 63 scratch and dents can be had for ~$300 when available.
I have purchased 5 in the last year and half for myself and friends with excellent results.
With that said I use a Waeco CF50 for my travel vehicle much better value and as good as an ARB IMO

Edgestar 43 here. Coming up on 5 years now and it's been great.
Search 'Edgestar mods' or something similar, there's been a good amount of discussion on these fridges here.

The "Scratch & Dent" ones usually are refurbs that were returned for some reason. Refurbished products as a whole have been hit-or-miss for me, some items have been great deals, others apparently still having issues. I'd probably stick with New on something like this myself.
