Not sure why it's getting all the hate. Sure it's a bit messy and the interior is dated but it doesn't look that bad. At least it appears that it was used and enjoyed which is better than a lot of the vehicles on this site. And they're not asking a ridiculous amount of money either. Which is also more than can be said about a lot of vehicles posted for sale here.

Maybe it was inspected with the smaller wheels in the other pictures because yeah I don't think the 49's are going to cut it with those fenders and the MA state police
